From the loving heart
And not the angry brain
The brain can be deceivingÂ
amongst all things
Feeds you memoriesÂ
that pump fear into the heartÂ
Whose position determines
where the brain is heading
A cycle gone vicious
Or a cycle gone loving
Remove the impulse informedÂ
by incomplete thinking
It’s just plain easierÂ
to type than speaking
I can say this of the male species
When it is early and she is rather pretty
Yet, it just occurred to me
She probably requires speaking
